  • Orders:

    • By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase the selected plant(s) at the specified price.

    • All orders are subject to quantity and can change at any time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if insufficient quantities of the product are available.

    Payment:

    • We currently accept payment through PayPal.

    • Payments are secured through Squarespaces’ use of SSL certificate. Please visit our Privacy Policy for further information on how we, at Topiary King, and Squarespace protect your information.

    Pick up:

    • By contacting us to arrange a pick-up appointment you are agreeing to meet at the arranged time and place. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel appointment or re-arrange a time. If you do not contact us within 7 days your order will be cancelled and refunded.

    Freight:

    • Shipping cost will be provided via quotation. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid any delivery issues and/or changes to quoted delivery price.

    • We strive to ship your plant(s) in a timely manner. We will notify you of any changes, or delays.

    • In the rare event that your plant arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos for resolution.

    • Delivery is only available within Australia.

    Returns:

    • We are more than happy to send you extra photos, details and organise viewing appointments before placing an order, however if you receive/pick-up an order and are not happy with your purchase returns are available.

    • Returns, exchanges and refunds are available, if;

      • You contact us to begin the returns process within 1 day of receiving/picking up your plants.

      • The plants are returned in the same condition they were purchased.

    Quality:

    • We pay close attention to the health of our plants. We take great care to provide healthy, well taken care of products.

    Privacy:

    • We respect your privacy and will only use your information for order processing and communication purposes.

    Disclaimer:

    • At Topiary King, we take many measures to provide high-quality plants and ensure they are healthy at the time of sale. Once our plants leave our care we do not hold responsibility if the purchased plants’ deteriorate in quality, do not grow or die.

    • We recommend following proper care guidelines to help maintain your plant's health. We are happy to provide advice, please reach out!

By purchasing plants from Topiary King, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
